In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit
Amen

The Lord be with you

And also with you

Let your merciful ears, O Lord, be open to the prayers of your humble servants; and that they may obtain their petitions make them to ask such things as shall please you; through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord, who is alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever.

Amen.

Intercessions
Written and produced by Kay Plumley

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come, your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours
now and for ever.

Amen.

Hymn (words)

The peace of God which passes all understanding, keep our hearts and minds in the knowledge and love of God,
and of His son Jesus Christ our Lord,
and the blessing of God almighty, the Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit, be among us and remain with us always. Amen.

Go in the peace of Christ

Thanks be to God

NOTICES FOR WEEK BEGINNING 16TH AUGUST

WE ARE DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE… PLANS ARE WELL ON THE WAY TO REOPENING ON THE 23RD AUGUST AT 11:00AM

As we make further and final arrangements…. please remember the guidelines and follow them carefully…  Use the hand sanitizers on the way in and on the way out.  Keep the 2m distancing rule from each other.   Only people from the same household should sit together.   Sit only where there is a Service sheet and if possible there will be one way in and one way out.   Let us take every precaution to ensure everyone’s safety.

President will be The Revd Stephanie Keates and Preacher Nathanael Hayler, this will be his final Service before moving to Cambridge.

The online service will continue for those who are shielding and hope it won’t be too long before everyone can be together again.

HELP TO PUT THE FINAL ARRANGEMENTS IN PLACE

If you are able to help with the final arrangements, in preparation for the reopening please come along on  Monday at 2:00pm.  Bring a face covering and gloves,  we will be arranging chairs and putting up posters, ticking all the boxes on the risk assessment form and hopefully putting the sanitizers in place.

LOOKING FORWARD SO MUCH TO SEEING EVERYONE SOON!
